2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free to anywhere in the world!

3. Can I upload my own videos onto the mini TV?

Currently, our mini TVs come with pre-loaded content and are not customizable. We’re working on future models that may offer that feature.

4. How do I charge the mini TV, and how long does the battery last?

The TV does not have a battery included and needs to be plugged in at all times.
In the future we will be looking for battery powered solutions.

5. What’s included in the box?

You’ll receive the mini TV, a charging cable, a decorative VCR and an instruction manual.

6. Is the screen touch-sensitive?

No, the mini TVs are controlled with buttons designed to mimic retro TV controls for an authentic experience.

7. Do you do custom orders?

Yes, absolutely we do! All you have to do is let us know the show, and which colours you want the tv to be. We will be in touch shortly with some pictures of samples.

8. What is the backup memory card for?

The electronics inside are solid. The memory card is the only vulnerable part. Chances are slim, but the memory card CAN become corrupted. Purchasing a backup means that if this happens to you, you can easily swap out the old memory card with a new one and your TV will be back up and running within minutes!
